Royal Navy Ford Transit Ambulance on an emergency call in the RN Dockyard, Portsmouth.
The Portsmouth Ambulance Service always had a close relationship with the Royal Navy Medical staff and were sometimes called to the Dockyard. Casualties were often taken to HMS Nelson sick bay after '999' calls in the city when they were found to be naval personnel.
