From Tony Fryer (ex Cosham) Remember Oboe? the ambulance car, I drove that to Cornwall and back once and got a telling off from Mr Dodds for losing a windscreen wiper on a dual-carriageway and not going back to find it. Also he was not impressed with my 14 hour return trip because of fog. No motorways and few dual-carriageways then.
