Portam 'Yoke' Details.

The last crew allocated to 'Portam Yoke' was Mr Powell and Mr Thorpe, who were 0800-1700 day-men, and thereafter she completed her service as Main Station spare.

I am not too sure which month in 1964 she was registered, but ARV registrations with the year letter 'B' were issued by the Portsmouth Licensing Authority from 1 May 1964 and ended in August that year. This would make her over 45 years of age!

Her replacement, and the new 'Portam Two-Nine' was a Bedford CF (VBK 535K).
