Taken about 2007/8, and were of a paramedic course (one of the last IHCD courses in Hampshire). I was the course director for that one, and taught on it as well... It was the ALS element, which brought together advanced life support, which included airway care and escalation, drug and fluid therapy and defibrillation. The students were running an ALS scenario, with me debriefing them whilst perched (no idea why!) on a chair!
