Oxy-Viva.

The Oxy-Viva was a 'volume'controlled' mechanical resuscitator operated by a manual trigger, as opposed to pre-cycled. The equipment was manufactured by Commonwealth Industrial Gas Ltd (CIG) in New South Wales, Australia and was used by a number of UK Ambulance Services.
